Her background is in the property management and construction field where she has been head of facilities and Human Resources.

Lucinda’s background is in Retail Management and Retail Recruitment. She has worked for both national and international retailers developing their brand, working alongside local communities, and developing talent across the south west. She has lived and worked in Gloucestershire for more than 15 years.
Matt Rudman is the owner of Cheltenham Martial Arts, which has been on Winchcombe Street since April 2018.
