Town Centre East
Cheltenham BID has secured a discounted parking rate for levy paying businesses at the Town Centre East Car Park.
The cost is £55 for a monthly permit or £645 annually. You can buy multiple months. EG a 2-month permit will cost £110, 3 months is £165, 6 months is £330. But if you buy a ‘block’ of months, you have to pay the amount in advance.
Permits are issued by Cheltenham Borough Council and need to be displayed prominently in your windscreen. Please be aware that parking without a valid permit is liable to incur a fine.
Applications can be made by an employee or by the business. It is possible for a business to buy several permits. A business might consider bulk buying annual permits for staff and deducting from payroll.
Both the monthly and annual permits are valid 7 days a week. The car park is open from 8AM until 8PM – see here for full details. You can apply in advance, but please note permits always start from the 1st of the next month.
To request a permit, please complete the form below. You will need to complete a form each time you need a new permit. IE if you use the car park monthly, you need to remember to fill a new form in towards the end of the current month to ensure you can pay, collect and display your new permit at the start of the next month.
When your form arrives at the BID, we check you are eligible for this exclusive benefit. We then set up a secure payment link which is emailed to you. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a receipt email. A second email will confirm when the permit is ready to collect from the Borough Council reception at the Municipal Offices on The Promenade – normally within 48 hours of payment being made.

John Lewis
There is a monthly season ticket discount for BID businesses at John Lewis CitiPark from £90 to £70 a month. There is also a daily discount is still available on a ‘First Come, First Served’ basis.
