As a Head of Operations, I am dedicated to ensuring that local businesses have a voice and feel supported and represented. I have spent 30 years in the financial services industry, supporting customers and businesses across the commercial, retail, wealth, and international banking sectors. This extensive experience and breadth will help me support the unique requirements of Cheltenham and its businesses.

Kelly Richardson
Head of Marketing and Events
Kelly joined BID in August and she’s proud to be part of Cheltenham BID team. Kelly is excited about meeting and supporting businesses, the community and making a positive impact on our Spa town. She loves Cheltenham’s history, the Cotswold countryside, all the events happening, the food scene and the variety of shops. Kelly enjoys taking photos, spending time by the sea and exploring new places whilst walking, cycling, gardening and relaxing with a book or a movie.
