About Van Hargen Art

Poppy and Sasha Van Hargen are 19-year-old twin sisters and luxury contemporary artists based in Gloucestershire. Their cutting-edge art form called ‘Digital Mosaic Art’ has been picked up by the mainstream art publisher, Buckingham Fine Art, where they now sell their luxury pieces to private clients, businesses, collectors and the public.

Poppy and Sasha are hoping to take their artworks as far and wide as they can, from Cheltenham to London and overseas.

Zero To 100 Initiative

Poppy and Sasha are pioneering an exciting initiative in collaboration with The Cheltenham Racecourse.

To celebrate the centenary of the Boodles Cheltenham Gold Cup, Poppy and Sasha are setting out to raise and donate £100,000 for the Gold Cup 100 community fund. They plan to achieve this by ‘selling-out’ their racing themed artworks, where all raised funds will be dispersed to various community and charity causes across the county (arranged by the Cheltenham Racecourse).

Trail around Cheltenham

To raise awareness of this initiative, Poppy and Sasha are setting up a trail around Cheltenham whereby their racing artworks will be positioned and available for purchase at certain locations. This already includes the Cheltenham Racecourse, John Lewis and Beards Jewellery store. Participating brands will be spotlighted as supporters of the charity initiative, whilst helping the girls boost their probability of achieving the £100,000 donation target.

Your support

With this, Poppy and Sasha are incredibly keen to hear if you may be able to assist their efforts by:

  1. Participating in and promoting the trail
  2. Directing their artworks to individuals / organisations / businesses who may like to feature in the trail
  3. Or by sharing their initiative with contacts that might like to support directly through purchasing a limited-edition charity artwork?

Future opportunities

Aside from this fundraising initiative, Poppy and Sasha are always looking for event opportunities to showcase their unique art in-and-around Cheltenham and further afield. They have previously exhibited at The Ivy Montpellier Brasserie, The Nook on Five, Brasserie Blanc, Oxford University, Ascot Racecourse and were the first artists in residence at The Queens Hotel Cheltenham.

They are set to exhibit at John Lewis Cheltenham, and are currently displaying at The Cheltenham Racecourse, Beards Jewellery store and Park Gallery.

The girls would love to open up conversations with businesses who may like to collaborate over a special showcase event, as well as with businesses looking for artworks to display on a permanent basis.
