Cheltenham BID has negotiated a discounted parking rate for levy paying businesses at the Town Centre East Car Park.

The cost is £55 for a monthly permit or £645 annually.  Monthly permits can be bought for up to an 11 month period.  IE you could buy a 2 month permit for £110, or an 11 month pass for £605. 

Permits are issued by Cheltenham Borough Council and need to be displayed prominently in your windscreen.

Applications can be made by an employee or by the business. It is possible for a business to buy several permits.

Both the monthly and annual permits are valid 7 days a week. You can apply in advance, but please note that the pass will always start from the 1^st of the next month. 

Once the BID has confirmed eligibility with Cheltenham Borough Council, you will receive a confirmatory email and a secure payment link.

When your payment has been processed, you will receive a further email confirming success, and inviting you to collect your permit(s) from the Municipal Offices on The Promenade.

When your pass is due to expire you will receive an email advising you, and you will need to re-apply. Please be aware that parking without a valid permit is liable to incur a fine.
