Working in partnership with key town partners, the BID invests in public safety initiatives to improve the safety of Cheltenham town centre and to reduce anti-social behaviour. We work closely with the police, Cheltenham Safe, the neighbourhood team, Solace and others to tackle street drinking.
We collaborate with businesses, Cheltenham Borough Council and other partners in the town to solve street-level problems, keep the town clean and improve the Cheltenham experience.
Our team of business ambassadors make and follow up numerous reports daily.
We encourage businesses to do the same and report any street-level issues like noise, fly tipping or posting, littering, anti-social behaviour, graffiti etc via Cheltenham Borough Council’s Report It page.
