There is a lot going on in Cheltenham with more than 10 new businesses due to open and even more businesses getting a fresh new look.

The businesses opening include Decathlon UK – the world’s largest sports retailer and Tivoli Cinemas, both set to open in the famous Regent Arcade Shopping Centre this year.

A new Tesco and a gourmet pizza restaurant will open shortly next to John Lewis & Partners, as well as a luxurious but affordable stylish outdoor furniture retailer MODA, on Winchcombe Street at the former Cycle Republic premises.

There are also lots of new exciting food and drink brands due to open in Cheltenham town centre such as the popular Indian restaurant Mowgli Street Food and the Cornish born Hub Box serving up award-winning burgers and crafted drinks, both joining the hustle and bustle of the very popular The Brewery Quarter. Trendy cocktail bar, The Urban Fox is also due to open on Montpellier Walk at the previous Door 4 site.

BAO + BBQ will open in mid-May. The company already owns several restaurants in Cheltenham, including Prithvi on Bath Road, Bhoomi on Suffolk Road and Holee Cow on Winchcombe Street — which recently launched their “virtual vegan restaurant” Holee Cowless. And not forgetting Holee Clucker.

Continuing with the food theme – opening soon is My Pastalicious on Winchcombe Street – a new pasta shop and delicatessen based on homemade Venetian cuisine.

Other new businesses opened, and opening are F45 Training in The Brewery Quarter,  convenience store @TheProm, Imperial Haus, Golden Stiches, Escape Rooms Cheltenham and Come a Casa, a new independent Italian in Montpellier and the new exciting Quadrangle rooftop restaurant, to mention but a few.
