Business Support

Cheltenham BID provides invaluable support to businesses by communicating regular updates, signposting and providing businesses with guidance, facilitating partnership working and opening up new opportunities for businesses.

Networking

Cheltenham BID hosts a variety of networking events throughout the year to help local businesses connect and grow. From breakfast meetings and lunchtime talks to evening socials, these events provide opportunities to meet new people, share ideas, and gain valuable insights into the local business community.

Strong Voice & Partnerships

We provide town centre businesses with a strong and collective voice by representing them on local boards and committees. We strive to influence local decision making and form partnerships for the benefit of our businesses.

Defibrillators

Cheltenham BID is proud to work in partnership with the Public Hearts Defibrillator Campaign. To find out more, including locations of defibrillators, click the button below.   Please remember, although it’s great to know where your nearest defibrillator is, in an emergency call 999 immediately. The call handler will know exactly where to find your nearest lifesaving equipment. One person can perform CPR on the patient, whilst someone else finds the defibrillator. BID businesses can access discounted First Aid training, meaning more people know how to respond in life threatening situations.

Energy Bills

The Logical Utilities Company has created the Cheltenham BID Consortium which uses the power of bulk purchasing to ensure that Cheltenham BID businesses benefit from the lowest possible rates on their gas and electricity contracts.

Footfall

Data is collected using cameras in the town centre. This data can then be used by businesses to make informed decisions about their business.
