Terri Brewster

Terri has been involved with the BID from the beginning and currently chairs the BID Board. She has been the Operations Manager at The Brewery Quarter since January 2010. Her background is in the property management and construction field where she has been head of facilities and Human Resources.

Amy Broomhall

Amy has worked in retail for more than 16 years and has been with Boots for the past 10 years, after being on the Boots Graduation Scheme. She has been General Manger at Boots in Cheltenham since 2014. She has supported the BID from the outset and was on the Shadow BID Board.

Richard Dare

Richard joined the Board when the BID was set up in August 2016. He has been co-owner of James of Montpellier since 2015. He spent more than ten years in retail management and marketing roles, including Brand Management and specialist wine brokering.

Julie Finch

Julie became the Chief Executive Officer of Cheltenham Trust in 2015 when she returned from Australia, having been a Director at The Western Australia Museum. She previously worked for Bristol Museums, Galleries and Archives. She was a voluntary Committee Member of the Heritage Lottery Fund for the South West Region for several years

Clem Fraser

Clem is the Store Manager for House of Fraser in Cheltenham and has been with the company since 2004. She has experience of working in other BID towns and knows first-hand the positive impact they have.

Kevan Blackadder

Kevan heads the BID team and was previously Cheltenham’s Town Centre Manager. He was editor of the Gloucestershire Echo from 2008 until 2014, after being assistant editor of the Bristol Post. Philip Jordan

Philip is the Director of Under The Prom and Coco nightclubs. He studied at The University of Gloucestershire where he took a degree in Marketing. He has many years of experience working in the licensed trade and entertainment sector.

Steve Jordan

Steve is Leader of Cheltenham Borough Council and Councillor for All Saints ward in Cheltenham. As a member of the Cheltenham Business Partnership, he was on the Shadow BID Board. He is a member of the Gloucestershire Local Enterprise Partnership.

Belinda Hunt

Belinda’s background is in Administration Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has helped many national and international blue chip companies to develop their Employee Engagement and Community Investment strategies. She has lived and worked in Gloucestershire for more than 20 years.

Chun Kong

Chun owns The Mayflower Chinese restaurant, which he and his family established in 1982. In November 2016, he won the Visit Cheltenham Hospitality Sector Award. He sits on the Board of the Everyman Theatre, is a trustee of Gloucestershire Crimestoppers, a committee member of Cheltenham Festivals and a founding member of The Cheltenham Tidy Group.

Carolyn Griswold

Carolyn’s background in customer facing positions gives her the experience to be an integral part of the team of Ambassadors. She shares her enthusiasm for Cheltenham with visitors and businesses alike and enjoys helping people make the most of our town.

Scott Lahive

Scott is the Centre Manager of Regent Arcade and has 20 years of experience in the retail sector. He started his career in retail, progressing to senior management before specialising in shopping centre management. He has been credited with numerous national awards for his work.

Alex Rose

Alex is the Managing Director at Beards the Jewellers and is the sixth generation of the family to run the store. He was brought up in Cheltenham and studied at Cheltenham College.
